Hire Charges

EFFECTIVE 1st July 2011-(until 30th June 2012)

MAIN CAMP BUILDINGS

(includes Main Building & Training Centre as well as Memorial Unit if required)

Per person/per night charge for number in excess of 100 people.	$9-50*
Weekend camps (Friday 4.00pm to Sunday 4.00pm) per person	$28-00*
Daily minimum charge – is applicable if less than 25 campers	$350-00
Deposit Main Area	$350-00
Deposit for Groups in Excess of 60 people	$600-00
School Group Mid Week discount rate– per person / per night	$12-00*

*Please note that a cleaning surcharge applies per person / camp unless otherwise negotiated.
Cleaning Surcharge per person / camp - to cover end of camp cleaning $ 5.00
NB If the facilities are not left in a reasonable state of cleanliness a penalty charge may be applied. The general cleaning surcharge can possibly be waived or at least diminished if a group chooses to take responsibility for their own final camp-site clean-up.

MEMORIAL UNIT

Sleeps 6 -( 1 double bed, 2 single beds, 1 bunk)

NB: Special rate may be negotiated for large groups using Memorial Unit in conjunction with Main Buildings

TUI LODGE AND CAMPING AREA

(includes kitchen, lounge, ablution area, caravan points and tent sites - 3 bunks accommodation only, but mattresses can be made available by arrangement @ $1 each/for first night and 50c each/per every consecutive night for marae style sleeping)

TOTAL COMPLEX - MAIN CAMP BUILDINGS AND TUI LODGE

(Has facilities for groups of 200 or more) (Accommodation for 100 + caravan points and large camping area.)

NOTES

1. A night is 24 hrs, 4pm to 4pm or any part thereof.
2. GST is included in the above charges
3. No charge for children three years of age and under
4. Charge for Day visitors staying in camp over a meal break $3.00
5. Crockery & Cutlery available for hire at 50c/person/day
6. Tents are available for hire @ $15 each/night or $30 each/camp
7. BBQs are available for hire @ $5.50 each per day
8. As the camp has the facilities for more than one group using the site at the same time, Hirers booking only the Main Camp Buildings may find another group camped in the Tui Lodge area on the lower level of the site.
